Global experience in Business Development, Operations, Management Consulting and Technology innovation. Over the last 20 plus years, I have led various elements of organizational growth right from product ideation to monetization by leveraging all the key value pillars – Technology, People and Process.

What’s unique is my ability to stitch all the mentioned value pillars together through years in Management Consulting at A.T.Kearney, two years at Egon Zehnder (Leadership Advisory, Coaching and Talent Management) and over 15 years of hands-on experience in Business Operations at Cisco, Intel, Infosys and Redback (start-up acquired by Ericsson) in shaping new frontiers, in scaling partnerships and in generating net new revenue.

With a passion for learning, a drive to generate value and the ability to influence desired business outcomes, I have led several new initiatives (Smart Cities, IoT, Cloud, and Analytics) for Cisco and Intel in Asia Pacific Japan, spanning solution creation, ecosystem orchestration, business models, sales, new markets and people management. As a thought leader, I frequently spoke in several industry forums and contributed to publications, like The Hindu, Times of India, Frost & Sullivan's 'Smart Cities of India' 2015 report, 'Exploring the Urban Future' in collaboration with National University of Singapore in 2016 to name a few.

I am certified in Hogan Assessment tools, which provide a valuable insight into how people work, lead, collaborate and what factors - both energizers and derailers - might affect their motivation, shared goals and productivity. In recent years, I have been involved in senior leadership hiring, management assessments and coaching to facilitate an effective integration and succession of leaders in an ever-changing industry with diverse talent needs
